Kitchen
- Appliance exteriors cleaned
- Microwave exterior/interior cleaned
- Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Floor vacuumed and/or washed
- Windowsills cleaned
- Oven checked and spot washed, deep clean as necessary
- Fridge emptied and wiped down, personal items and unopened beverages left in place
- Dishwasher unloaded
- Cabinets checked and cleaned as needed
- Trash emptied
Bedrooms
- Beds made: Linens changed, Comforters changed out as needed
- Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted
- Picture frames dusted
- Furniture dusted
- Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible)
- Windowsills cleaned
- Trash emptied
- Mirrors cleaned
- General straightening completed
- Baseboards dusted
Bathrooms
- Tub and shower cleaned and disinfected
- Toilets disinfected inside and out
- Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Towels neatly hung and folded: Used towels taken to launder
- Countertops disinfected
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Floors vacuumed and/or washed
- Windowsills cleaned
- Baseboards dusted
- Trash emptied
- Mirrors cleaned
- Toilet Paper Replenished
Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs
- Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply)
- Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted
- Picture frames dusted

- Tile floors vacuumed and/or washed

Terms of Service
All cleaning pricing is subject to the home being left in excellent condition by the guests. Additional charges will be billed in the event that the home needs additional cleaning due to negligent guests.
We recommend a deep cleaning every 6 months.
We only do same-day turnovers with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
We do require a card on file to bill, we bill the same day when the service is complete.
We do not clean rodents, blood, vomit, or feces.
